- Ceiling Height: A minimum of 7’9” is required for proper installation.
- Recommended for the Best Workout Experience:
- Floor Space: 10′ x 10′ to allow full freedom of movement during workouts.
- Unobstructed Wall Space: 10′ to accommodate GROWL’s interactive projection and features.
- That said, GROWL is adaptable—you can still enjoy effective workouts in slightly smaller areas by modifying certain of your movements if your space is smaller.
How is GROWL delivered and installed in my home?
- We provide professional white-glove delivery and installation to ensure a flawless setup.
- Before installation, our support team will work with you to select the ideal location for GROWL in your home. Once confirmed, a two-person team will deliver your GROWL, expertly mount it to your wall, connect it to WiFi, and ensure everything is running perfectly.
- The process is quick, clean, and hassle-free—similar to mounting a flat-screen TV—leaving your walls pristine and your GROWL ready for action.
Can I use my own boxing gloves and accessories?
- Yes! GROWL maintains the core properties of a traditional punching bag, so you can use your favorite boxing gloves, mats, and other fitness accessories without issue.
